Five questions, in the order they usually need answering.

  1. Check the season dates against your leave

Saudi Arabia sets the last day for visas, entry and departure. Your dates have to fit inside them.

  2. Choose your visa route

UAE residents can use a tourist eVisa, a provider-issued Umrah visa or the new one-year multiple-entry visa.

  3. Know the scams before you pay anyone

Dubai Police have arrested gangs selling fake Umrah visas on social media. Check who you are paying.

  4. Price the trip and compare packages

Estimated ranges, what moves them, and eight questions to ask every provider.

  5. Get the order right: health, bookings, permit

The vaccine, the Nusuk permit and the 30-day entry window all have deadlines. This guide puts them in sequence.

How the facts are checked

Umrah rules change, and many websites repeat old information. So every fact here says how sure we are.

Official first

Season dates come from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Where no official page was found, the fact is marked as reported.

Every fact is labelled

Official Reported Estimate tell you whether to rely on it, double-check it or just use it as a guide.

Disagreements are shown

Where sources contradict each other, such as on visa fees, we say so with Sources disagree instead of picking a number.
